I cannot wait for football! But as we all know, there are teams in the NFL which people are more excited to watch than others.
In light of that, here is all of the NFL ranked in terms of how glued each team will have me to my television over the next six months.
32-25: Saints, Broncos, Giants, Patriots, Panthers, Raiders, Titans, Steelers
32. New Orleans Saints
Dennis Allen & Derek Carr may be the least inspiring head coach-quarterback duo of my lifetime.
31. Denver Broncos
There isn't one player on this roster aside from Bo Nix I am the least bit interested in watching.
30. New York Giants
Watching Malik Nabers get open just so Daniel Jones can miss him is not a reason to watch the G-Men.
29. New England Patriots
They do have some playmakers on defense that could keep them in games but until Drake Maye goes under center, if you told me this was the least watchable offence in football I wouldn't blame you.
28. Carolina Panthers
To see if the coaching staff has helped Bryce Young develop going into his second year will be something to watch over the first month of the year. However, if his rookie season struggles continue into 2024, Carolina will be an instant snooze fest.
27. Las Vegas Raiders
I feel bad for Davante Adams.
26. Tennessee Titans
They actually do have weapons but their watchability all comes down to if Will Levis can ball or not.
25. Pittsburgh Steelers
No matter if it is Russell Wilson or Justin Fields, we all know every Steeler game will end somewhere in the 20-17 range, and they will end the year 9-8. Once the QB situation is resolved where we see they are both mid, the drama is gone.
24-17: Vikings, Commanders, Browns, Buccaneers, Cowboys, 49ers, Rams, Dolphins
24. Minnesota Vikings
Justin Jefferson.
23. Washington Commanders
Jayden Daniels has the potential to be a dynamic rookie right away with his mobility. Not to mention, the Commanders do have some weapons for him to use with receivers such as Terry Maclurin and Jahan Dotson.
22. Cleveland Browns
I am excited to see Nick Chubb return from his gruesome knee injury that ended his season in week 2 last year, but if Deshaun Watson is still that bad, I don't know how much Browns football I will be rushing to watch in 2024.
21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Will the Bake show continue to cook?
20. Dallas Cowboys
I'm going to be honest, I am sick of the Dallas Cowboys. Dak Prescott is going to put up numbers. Hell, he will probably even lead the league in passing yards like he always does. Just get it done in the playoffs, man.
19. San Francisco 49ers
I hate this team.
18. Los Angeles Rams
I hate this team even more but Matthew Stafford's no-look passes are pretty cool.
17. Miami Dolphins
Cowboys of the AFC? I already know what these guys are going to do in the regular season. Sure, Tyreek Hill is fun to watch but I would just rather watch so many other teams than the Dolphins.
16-9: Falcons, Chargers, Jaguars, Lions, Eagles, Cardinals, Seahawks, Ravens
16. Atlanta Falcons
Probably could be higher but I am only rushing to my TV to watch the Dirty Birds for one reason. Bijan Robinson.
15. Los Angeles Chargers
Justin Herbert in Jim Harbaugh's system? Consider me intrigued.
14. Jacksonville Jaguars
Trevor Lawrence... ARE YOU HIMOTHY LIKE WE WERE PROMISED??
13. Detroit Lions
I can't believe I am saying this. The Detroit Lions are entering a season as a... Super Bowl favourite? Dan Campbell's group will always have me watching, but the guy I will have my eyes on all year is Jahmyr Gibbs. I legitimately think there is a pathway to where he finishes as the fantasy RB1 in 2024.
12. Philadelphia Eagles
Saquon Barkley & Jalen Hurts in the same backfield with A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith on the outside is must-see TV. However, if I see one more "Tush Push", I might throw a brick at my screen.
11. Arizona Cardinals
The Kyler Murray to Marvin Harrison Jr. connection might go CRAZY almost instantly. Expect a ton of high-scoring Cardinals games in 2024 from this feisty group.
10. Seattle Seahawks
A little high for most but I am HYPED for this new era of Seahawk football with a whole new coaching staff. Not to mention, we have a talented group in Seattle. JSN, K9, Spoon, and Riq Woolen paired with vets such as Geno Smith, Tyler Lockett, and D.K. Metcalf. This could be a special season in the PNW.
9. Baltimore Ravens
Lamar Jackson paired up with Derrick Henry? Good lord.
8-1: Jets, Bills, Colts, Texans, Chiefs, Bengals, Packers, Bears
8. New York Jets
I think this could be a dumpster fire, but I guarantee you, either way, it will be entertaining.
7. Buffalo Bills
Watching Josh Allen is still one of the best things to do on an NFL Sunday. You either watch one of the great QB performances you have ever seen, or, you question if the guy has an ounce of football IQ rattling around his skull.
6. Indianapolis Colts
You probably have sensed a theme in this ranking. I like dynamic backfields, and the Colts have a chance to be the best one in all of football. Anthony Richardson is back healthy and is paired up with Jonathan Taylor. Shane Steichen might have the time of his life this year calling plays for that duo.
5. Houston Texans
Truthfully, I am a bit lower on the Texans as a true Super Bowl contender compared to most, but that does not mean I won't have a great time watching C.J. Stroud air the ball out with all of his weapons in his sophomore season.
4. Kansas City Chiefs
They have Patrick Mahomes, maybe the most entertaining player in the history of the NFL, not much more needs to be said. By the way, I have a sneaky feeling he is going to pull off the behind-the-back touchdown pass this year that he has teased for the longest time.
3. Cincinnati Bengals
Joe Burrow is back! I cannot wait to watch arguably the best offence in all of football get back to work as they look to chase a Lombardi Trophy.
2. Green Bay Packers
Jordan Love might just mess around and win the MVP this year.
Chicago Bears
Could it be anyone else? Possibly the most hyped-up QB prospect in over a decade is joining a historic franchise that is in the third biggest media market in all of football. Caleb Williams has almost everything around him that he needs to help the Bears compete for a playoff spot right away during his rookie year. You bet I will be watching DA BEARS all year long.
