Predictions For The Second Half of the NFL Regular Season

It's hard to believe, but we're already halfway through the 2024 NFL regular season. Here are some predictions I have for the rest of the season as the intensity across the league begins to rise.
The Next Quarterback Benched Is Daniel Jones

I think it's fair to say that the New York Giants would like to move off Daniel Jones after this season. However, it's not that easy. Jones' 2025 contract with the Giants includes a $23 million injury guarantee. Given Jones' injury history, New York cannot afford for him to get dinged down the stretch. As the Giants' season starts to slip away, Jones gets sat as New York does what is in the best interest of the franchise going forward.
The Los Angeles Rams Win The NFC West

The Rams have won three straight after starting the year 1-4 and are getting getting better it seems by the week. Los Angeles storms back to win the West thanks to a favorable schedule, the return of their two best receivers, and a young and improving defense.
The Week 18 Finale Will Be The 49ers vs Cardinals With a Playoff Berth on The Line

The NFL always schedules the final game of the regular season to be one with high stakes. I think that in Week 18, the final spot in the NFC playoffs will be on the line when the 49ers meet the Cardinals in Arizona.
The Chiefs Finish 17-0

The Chiefs feel unstoppable right now, and as long as Patrick Mahomes is healthy, I won't be picking them to lose any games. I only see two possible losses for Kansas City coming up: Week 11 at Buffalo and Week 17 at Pittsburgh. I believe we will see our first undefeated regular season since the Patriots' 16-0 record in 2007 if the Chiefs can win both of those games.
